Rugged Workstations
At Rugged Systems, we offer a carefully chosen range of Workstations to meet your industry specific needs and back this up with a full support service. In addition Rugged Systems can fully configure or customise most rugged workstations to meet your requirements.
We can offer a range of custom mobile workstations with a variety of ISA/PCI slot backplane configurations in a moulded ABS shell and aluminium chassis Thanks to its moulded ABS and metal exterior shell, combined with a full metal heavy gauged 12/10 aluminium chassis, our rugged workstations feel at ease in any critical mission, whether in an office or in the field.
To ensure a steady and low operating temperature, our mobile workstations feature multi-fan cavity cooling solutions. Your add-on cards will be running at a stable temperature.
All the phases of our manufacturing processes ensure that our mobile workstations comply with industrial standards (temperature, humidity, shock, vibration, drop). In accordance with IEC tests, our workstations are also CE, FCC class B certified and meet UL and EN60950 safety standards.
There are a wide range of upgrade options available ensuring our workstations can be configured to your precise requirements.
Desktop PC on the move
The Rugged Systems range of portable workstations offer the opportunity to install a wide selection of compatible PCI, PCI-Express, and even ISA expansion cards. Choose from a combination of PCI, PCI-E and ISA equipped motherboards to suit a variety of applciations and budgets. Our mobile workstations are capable of supporting any type of internal expansion card compatible with your desktop PC. This offers the flexibilty to take a system with the same specification as your desktop computer out on site.
