Weighing just over 2kg and with the ability to turn itself from a conventional notebook PC into a fully portable tablet PC, the light, compact and extremely rugged CF-19 ToughBook offers fieldworkers the freedom they need to communicate. The CF-19 is designed to protect all your valuable data from impact, moisture, water and dust. Its hard drive comes wrapped in a newly developed damper to reduce external vibrations and its ultra light, ultra strong alloy body is 20 times stronger than ABS plastic – designed using MIL-STD-810G test procedures.

There are two versions of the CF-19 available, both containing Intel® Core i5 vProTM technology. One comes preloaded with Windows® 7 Professional, while the other (downgrade option) offers Windows® XP Professional. The Windows® 7 Professional edition adds new features and functionality of pen based computing; using the pen with electronic ink brings a completely new dimension to mobile computing. With Wireless LAN and Bluetooth as standard, you also have the option of 3G (HSDPA) and GPS thanks to the CF-19’s integrated aerials. Coupled with its PCMCIA and Express Card slots, the CF-19 gives you the power to work almost anywhere.
