Description
The GD8200 is designed for the rugged user and tested to military extremes. Whether the GD8200 is used in a desert helicopter mission or in a patrol car in northern Canada, one thing remains the same; the GD8200 will provide years of rugged use at a low cost of ownership.
Streaming sunlight may wash out other displays but you’ll still see the GD8200 screen with its award winning 13.3” DynaVue® II touchscreen display. So if you’re outside, or even near a window, in low light or bright, this screen shines.
Small and lightweight in design, the high performance GD8200 fully-rugged notebook provides the reliability, power, connectivity and security required to withstand extreme environments. The GD8200 is certified to meet MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-461F and IP65 specifications. It is equipped with a 13.3” LCD featuring the new sunlight-viewable DynaVue® II touchscreen display technology. With a 2nd generation Intel® Core™ i7 processor, the GD8200 delivers powerful performance and keeps you connected with the latest 4G wireless connectivity, 802.11a/b/g/n, Bluetooth® and state-of-the-art GPS tracking technology.
Computers shouldn’t be uncomfortable. The GD8200 is the lightest, most durable fully-rugged notebook and even includes a full backlit keyboard so you can work efficiently and safely at night.
The GD8200 has security features designed to protect users, information and networks. It includes TPM 1.2 Network Security Standard, integrated fingerprint reader, integrated CAC (Smart Card) reader, a removable hard drive and security lock slot.
