Description

 

The new CF-53 is the ideal desktop replacement for when you are on the move or in the office. As a Toughbook, it incorporates a range of “ruggedised” features to protect it’s components from vibrations and drops. The display sits on impact resistant dampers and is mounted in a durable magnesium alloy case. The hard disc is embedded in shock-absorbing foam and is connected to the motherboard by flexible cabling.  The splash resistant keyboard and touchpad helps to stop water or any other liquid from entering the casing and causing internal damage, while rubber port covers protect the external connections. 

The CF-53 has a bright 14” widescreen TFT LCD in 16:9 format with WXGA. This screen is comparable to desktop computer screens. With the latest Intel Core i5 Processor technology and up top 8GB RAM the CF-53 is a capable performer. This coupled with a weight of less than 3kg and an integrated carrying handle provide maximum working flexibility. Two Diversity WLAN antennas ensure optimal reception at all times, and state of the art energy saving components with the CF53’s durable battery enable a running time of up to 10 hours.
